Q: Once I contact Play Cloths for the RA#, what is the next step?

A: Once you have requested your RA#, Play Cloths will send you an e-mail (to the email address associated with your Pay Pal account).  This email will include the address you will need to ship the merchandise to, your RA#, the Posted Invoice # and the Return/Exchange Form which must be filled out and included in the box when you ship your merchandise back to us.

Q: Do I have to pay for shipping?

A:  Yes!  You will have to incur the costs of shipping the merchandise to us for an exchange or refund AND pay a PayPal money request to have the merchandise sent back to you in the case of an exchange. 

Q:  Why do I have to pay shipping for an exchange, when I received the wrong item?

A:  You don’t!  In this case we could kindly provide you with a UPS call tag in an effort to rectify the inconvenience.  Typically, we don’t send the incorrect merchandise, however in the event this does happen; we will front the shipping bill for you to send us the incorrect product to the warehouse as well for us to ship the correct item (s) back to you.

Q:  Do I have to fill out the return/exchange form?

A:  Yes!  Please fill out this form and include it with the merchandise you are sending back for a refund/exchange.  The form takes less than two minutes to fill out and will ensure that your request is processed quickly and successfully.

Q:  How long does it take to receive a refund on my debit/credit card?

A:  Once we receive your merchandise, we issue you a refund immediately via PayPal!  There after, it usually takes PayPal 3-5 business days to adjust your debit/credit card for the refund.

Q:  I tracked my return/exchange and it says that it has been delivered to your warehouse, but I still have not received any word back.  What’s up with that?

A:  Once your return/exchange comes to the warehouse it usually takes 2-3 business days to process, as a result of it having to go through different departments.  However, please be mindful that your support is valued to us, so we try our best to speed up this process as much as possible!
