Return / Exchange Policy

You can return or exchange merchandise within 10 days of receiving the merchandise

SALE ITEMS CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED. NO REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS

Prior to making any return or exchange it is MANDATORY that you request a Return Authorization # (you may obtain one by calling 757.428.1366 or by sending an e-mail to orders@playcloths.com)

Once a RA # has been generated you have exactly TWO WEEKS to send the merchandise back to Play Cloths.  Please Note:  Failure to do so will result in you forfeiting your privilege to receive a refund.
